It us customary to fast during Lent, and in our tradition people would gather on the Tuesday before Ash Wednesday for a pancake supper, emptying the kitchen of fats and sweets. We’ll be gathering for a pancake supper at the Richardsons on Tuesday, February 21 at 5:30 PM.
